Elena joined Oracle in 2001 and started her focus on sustainability in 2008 as Principal Strategy Manager of Sustainability. 

She has been recognised as one of Sustainability Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Sustainability since 2022.

She has led supply chain transformations, decarbonisation initiatives and advanced renewable energy procurement whilst ensuring transparency and operational excellence.

Steven leads Schneider Electric's global building and power management business for data centres, life sciences and other commercial and industrial end markets.

He joined the company in 2013 as a Systems Design Engineer for Data Centres and was Global Director of the Cloud and Service Provider Segment before starting his current role.
