Peter Mousaferiadis, CEO & Founder of Cultural Infusion
Peter Mousaferiadis is the CEO of Cultural Infusion, a cultural enterprise founded in 2002.
Delivering programmes to over 350,000 students a year, Cultural Infusion creates intercultural action in the arts, education and Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
In 2019, the enterprise launched its holistic data and equity SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) tool, Diversity Atlas. The SaaS now has clients globally, including think tanks and multinationals.
Over the course of his career, Peter has acquired a range of experience in the creative & cultural industries as a creative director, producer, conductor and thought leader in culture.
Peter was awarded the Global Business & Interfaith Peace Award Silver Medal from the Religious Freedom and Business Foundation in 2021 and also received the United Nation’s Global Compact’s Business for Peace Initiative.

Tanya Morton, Global Director of Customer Success Engineering for MathWorks
Dr. Tanya Morton is the global director of customer success engineering for the producers of MATLAB and Simulink - MathWorks.
Over 29 years, including 4 years as an operations leader at a technology start-up and 19 years in customer-facing roles at MathWorks, Tanya has worked as the heart of science, engineering and innovation.
Tanya consistently displays her passion for DEI and sustainability and supports scientists and engineers on enhancing their understanding of tackling climate change.
She also holds an M.A. in mathematics from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in mathematics and computer science from Vanderbilt University.
🎤 At Sustainability LIVE: Diversity and Inclusion, Tanya will feature on our ‘Social Impact Panel’ alongside Sanjay Lobo, CEO of OnHand, Taylor Amerman, Director of Global Social Impact at CDW and Aliza Ayaz, Senior Consultant at TORI Global.

Adam Karnama, CEO of Spritju
Adam Karnama is the CEO of Spritju.
Spritju is a tech company that focuses on energy traceability. In the organisation, Adam guides future leaders on sustainable business practices.
He is also a passionate advocate for underrepresented communities in climate tech and empowers them to discover opportunities, education and career advancement.
Adam has worked for a number of technology companies over the course of his career, including Ericsson, Cognizant and Accenture. In these roles, he developed his reputation for implementing eco-conscious, scalable solutions and spearheading sustainability initiatives.
He holds a PhD from MIT and two MSc degrees from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology - KTH.
