With a background spanning 18 years in both global food and beverage industry and academia, Shen has extensive expertise in food and ingredients innovation projects and commercialisations of new products through stage gate development. Currently he is leading the Global Application Technology team across different regions to drive application solution innovation and support the commercialisation of new ingredients. His technical experiences primarily centres around discovering novel functionalities of food products and ingredients, with a specific emphasis on food formulation.
