How EcoVadis Achieved All of its Emissions Goals
EcoVadis has chosen to release its first CSRD report voluntarily, looking to lead the way for the businesses it supports.
In 2024 it successfully achieved its SBTi emissions reduction targets across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory.
Throughout the year, €2.38tn (US$2.65tn) of procurement spending was influenced by EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings.

A significant achievement highlighted in the report is the implementation of a living wage across all operations.
Further, the adjusted gender pay gap-measured using a structured job mapping approach-remains below 1%, demonstrating a tangible commitment to workplace equality.
The company’s workforce policies are underpinned by robust governance structures.
Regular engagement with employees through monthly pulse surveys and biannual satisfaction surveys ensures that feedback is continuously integrated into workplace culture and policy development.
EcoVadis also prioritises secure employment, social protection, workplace safety and employee wellbeing, with structured training and development programmes in place.
The company also collaborates with NGOs to ensure its DEI initiatives remain relevant and impactful, addressing the needs of marginalised communities and responding to the broader societal challenges of growing inequality.
