Peter Zerp, Supplier Inclusion & Diversity Client Program Lead at Accenture

Peter Zerp is the Supplier Inclusion & Diversity Client Program Lead at Accenture and has acquired more than 10 years of experience in driving and building supplier inclusion and diversity for the company. Across his career at Accenture, he has built an extensive network and expanded the programme into a range of companies. 

Peter is also involved with the European LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Out Britain and Supplier Diversity UK, and currently chairs the board of the European Supplier Diversity Program (ESDP).

At Sustainability LIVE: Diversity & Inclusion, Peter will feature on our 'Diversity & Inclusion Forum' alongside Javier López Gómez, Global Head of Corporate Sustainability at SGS Group, Javette Hines, Global Head of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability at Citi and Ainur Amanzholova, Head of Talent, Culture and Inclusion at BAT Kazakhstan.

Furkan Karayel, Author and Diversity & Inclusion Speaker at Diversein.com

After gaining software engineering experience from working in multinational tech companies in Ireland for 10 years, Furkan founded Diversein.com - an organisation that crafts sustainable strategies for several companies to develop happier and more inclusive environments.

Furkan strives to leverage women-in-tech leadership, diversity and empowering female founders across the world.

Furkan is the author of the best-selling book “Inclusive Intelligence: How to be a Role Model for Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace” and has won several awards for her speeches on diversity and inclusion. 

As a result of her work, Furkan has received “Speaker of the Year”, “Diversity and Inclusion Role Model in Business”, “Trailblazer” and “Inclusive Leadership Development” Awards.

Dr Sourav Roy, CEO of Centre for Big Synergy

Dr Sourav Roy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Centre for Big Synergy (CBS). 

As a sustainability advocate and thought leader, Sourav has a wide range of experience.

During his career, he has worked at King’s College London as an award-winning neuroscientist discovering potential therapeutics for Alzheimer’s disease, started the biggest sustainability film festival, organised microplastic pollution awareness programmes that aimed to reach a billion children and their families and recommended changes to UK’s sustainability and education policy that has impacted 16 million children.

Javette Hines, Director and Head of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability at Citi

With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, leadership, diversity and management, Javette Hines is the Director, SC Supplier Senior Group Manager and Global Head of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability at Citi.

In her role, Javette is at the forefront of Citi’s work to enhance the inclusion and consideration of diverse firms in the company’s sourcing practice.

Javette works across the organisation to ensure that their global strategy is aligned with their supplier selection. By doing this, she can continue to spend US$1bn with diverse suppliers across the world to enhance understanding of ESG matters and support supplier development and capacity.

Jim Rottman, Former Global Head of Culture and Inclusion at Volvo Cars

With more than 25 years of multinational and multicultural experience in changing organisational cultures and catalysing greater strategic workforce initiatives, Jim Rottman was the Former Global Head of Culture and Inclusion at Volvo Cars.

In this role, he successfully drove cultural transformation that resulted in the company’s diversity ranking significantly improving from 97th to 16th among 850 European companies in the Financial Times' 2024 assessment.

Throughout his career, Jim has acquired experience in diversity and inclusion, leadership development, organisational design and talent acquisition.

Fabiana Cumia, Communications & ESG Director at Rakuten TV

Fabiana Cumia is the Communications & ESG Director at Rakuten TV. In her role, Fabiana manages the sustainability and PR activities of Rakuten TV across Europe. 

For 20 years, Fabiana has worked in the tech and entertainment sectors for renowned companies such a Publicis, Mosaicoon, Mindshare and NBC Universal Global Networks.

Throughout her career, she has held several sustainability, communication and DE&I roles at global level between APAC and Europe.

Caroline Creven Fourrier, Chief Diversity Officer at F. Hoffman-La Roche Ltd

With more than 10 years of experience in widening DE&I and nearly two decades in global leadership roles in multinational corporations, Caroline Creven Fourrier is the Chief Diversity Officer at F. Hoffman-La Roche Ltd.

During her role, Caroline strives to craft a holistic approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) throughout the value chain and aims to integrate these principles globally. She continues to lead the DE&I network and engage with the DE&I strategic board. Caroline is also a driven coach and mentor on DE&I matters. 

The organisation aims to implement DE&I goals across three core pillars - patients, culture & people and society.
