Julie Folmer-Neimann, Head of DE&I at Carlsberg

Julie Folmer-Neimann, Head of DE&I at Carlsberg

Julie Folmer-Neimann is the Head of DE&I at Carlsberg. In her role, Julie aims to drive meaningful change for the company internationally.

Previously in her career, Julie held a Nordic role as an Employee Experience Manager an strived to discover how the distribution of inclusion and equity could be improved within the customers organisations.

As a result of this, Julie enhanced her involvement in Global Employee Resource Group (ERG) work and conducted greater self-directed learning through training, webinars, reading and research.

Before joining Carlsberg, Julie applied her extensive knowledge in DEI to move into a Danish DEI Manager role.

She also holds a Master in Business and Psychology, with a specific focus on behavioural design.

Liesbeth Oost, Head of ESG at JVH Gaming & Entertainment

Liesbeth Oost, Head of ESG at JVH Gaming & Entertainment

Liesbeth Oost is the Head of ESG for an online brand and commercial market leader that runs 87 land-based arcades and casinos across the Netherlands - JVH Gaming & Entertainment Group. 

She is committed to ensuring that sustainability lies at the core of the organisation’s activities and manages the development and implementation of the ESG strategy within the company, with a specific focus on responsible gaming. 

Before focusing her career on ESG, Liesbeth worked a number of roles at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

By acquiring a diverse range of experience in both the private and public sectors, Liesbeth can understand the societal impact of corportions and ESG considerations. 

Liesbeth is a Certified Investor Relartions professional (CIR®) and holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen.

Javier López Gómez, Global Head of Corporate Sustainability at SGS

With more than 15 years of international experience in sustainability and climate change fields, Javier López Gómez is the Global Head of Corporate Sustainability at the world’s leading certification, inspection and testing company - SGS. By managing the execution of SGS Group’s sustainability strategy, Javier aims to positively impact the organisation. 

Prior to this, Javier managed the ESG Consulting portfolio services at SGS Spain. 

Over the course of his career, Javier has acquired an abundance of leadership experience in directing cross-functional teams and multi-cultural projects. 

He is also a Founder Member of The Sustainability Circle, a unique community crafted for sustainable leaders across the world.

Stuart Branch, Executive Board Director at The Weetabix Food Company

With more than 10 years of experience in business, Stuart Branch is the Executive Board Director at The Weetabix Food Company. Through this, Stuart manages the effectiveness and organisation of systems, technology, people, culture and performance of the company. He strives to ensure that Weetabix can look after the environment and community whilst also being a safe and effective place to work.

Before joining Weetabix, Stuart worked at Masco Corporation as both the European HR and Customer Services Director.

Over the course of his career, Stuart has worked in several sectors - including financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and retail - for global companies such as Thomas Cook, Santander, Whitbread Group PLC, Whitbread Hotel Company and Boots PLC.

Stuart consistently applies his customer-centric, commercially focused mindset to drive business change and transform the fast-paced atmosphere of FMCG. He believes that HR, IT and EHS teams can craft further value by partnering with other businesses and providing support services in order to enhance organisational and individual performance.
