About Sustainability LIVE

On 8-9 September 2026, Sustainability LIVE: The London Summit returns to the QEII Centre, Westminster.

The two-day hybrid conference provides insights, connections and solutions needed to accelerate progress towards net zero.

The programme features more than 50 expert speakers, 10 core content themes and four interactive workshops, combining practical guidance with strategic perspective. 

Co-located with Procurement LIVE and Supply Chain LIVE, the event offers a rare opportunity for cross-functional collaboration.

The Water Positivity Summit panel will take place at 10:45-11:30 (BST) on 9 September in the Sustainability Stage.

The panel focuses on moving beyond water conservation and towards water positivity, where companies aim to return more water to the environment than they use.

Attendees can discover how leading organisations are improving water stewardship through innovation in treatment, sourcing and reuse.

Panellists will discuss water measurement frameworks and collaborative approaches that can support long-term water security.

Following six successful years in a senior commercial role at Business Stream, Tom was appointed as a Director in May 2023. 

As part of his role, Tom is responsible for delivering Business Stream’s ambitious retention and growth strategy with a strong focus on developing ESG-led customer propositions. 

Tom plays an integral role in the development and delivery of the company’s ESG strategy, helping to ensure it supports its customers to achieve their sustainability targets.

Tom has more than 20 years of experience working in a range of management and consultancy roles.

Philippa leads initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate reputation and fostering sustainable business growth. 

With 23 years of experience across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, Philippa has a proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate challenges.

In her current role, Philippa is at the forefront of implementing Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages UK's sustainability strategy, encompassing key areas such as carbon reduction, circular packaging, community support, biodiversity promotion and water stewardship.

Maria Ana Borges, Water for Landscapes Manager at IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature)

Maria has worked in IUCN since 2008, starting in the Global Business and Biodiversity Programme where she was responsible for managing corporate engagements.

In 2018, she joined the IUCN Water & Wetlands team, driving learning and innovation on the deployment of effective and inclusive water management strategies.

She is involved in IUCN’s work on corporate water stewardship, supporting businesses to develop strategies for biodiversity management within their operations and become ecosystem stewards in the basins where they operate.
