Jaclyn Kaminski-Beneche: International Workplace Group’s CSO

International Workplace Group (IWG) provides professional and collaborative workspaces to more than eight million people around the world.
It first pioneered flexible working more than 30 years ago and has since worked to redefine the workplace industry, with more than 4,000 locations globally.
IWG has announced Jaclyn Kaminski-Beneche as its new Chief Sustainability Officer, after first joining the company in 2024.
Jaclyn’s career history
Jaclyn began her career in 2010 as an Account Executive for advertising services company Manifest.
She spent three years at Manifest before joining Razorfish, working as an Account Supervisor for Kraft Foods.
Jaclyn joined McCann in 2016, becoming a Global Business Director for brands including Nestlé, MasterCard, Aldi and Sony.
She stayed at McCann for more than 10 years, working her way up to becoming Vice President, Head of Sustainability in 2021.
In this role, Jaclyn developed and implemented McCann’s corporate sustainability strategy, creating a 10-year business transformation roadmap.
During her tenure, the company achieved 53% carbon reduction as she oversaw its net zero transition.
Jaclyn worked on strategic client engagement and support on sustainability commercial opportunities, including sustainability product and service offering development.
Throughout her time at McCann, she monitored and responded to increasing sustainability reporting expectations and legislation globally.
She first joined IWG in 2024 as its Global Head of Sustainability, before being promoted to her new role as Chief Sustainability Officer.
What does sustainability look like at IWG?
IWG’s purpose is to empower businesses and employees to reimagine how they work, providing carbon-neutral workspaces for its customers.
From January 2023, all of its centres became carbon neutral, with the company committing to 100% green electricity by 2030.
It has established an eco-friendly cleaning programme at its facilities, with an emphasis on minimising water usage and waste generation.
To further encourage the clean energy transition and support the uptake of EVs, it plans to expand the availability of EV charging stations at its centres.
Mark Dixon, Founder and CEO of IWG, says: “Climate change is at a pivotal moment – I believe it is critical that IWG plays its part.
“We have amplified our efforts in this space to ensure we deliver an environmentally friendly and inclusive space for all customers.”
Jaclyn’s promotion to C-suite executive
Jaclyn brings more than 10 years of experience leading corporate sustainability strategies to her new role as CSO.
She aims to combine sustainability expertise with commercial insight, helping the organisation to engage its teams, align stakeholders and deliver measurable impact.
She will build upon her previous role at IWG, leading the global sustainability team and its strategy across 29 brands.
She works on aligning IWG’s network of office spaces and operations with the transition to a low-carbon, inclusive and flexible future of work, advancing both environmental and social responsibility.
In her role, Jaclyn will direct the company’s net zero transition, manage energy investments, embed decarbonisation planning across operations and lead the responsible supply chain strategy.
Announcing her promotion on LinkedIn, Jaclyn said: “Thrilled to formally be the Chief Sustainability Officer at International Workplace Group.
“Proud of the progress made over the past 20 months, embedding sustainability more deeply into how we operate, make decisions and create value.”
