Katie Neck, Managing Director & Founder at Sustained Futures

Katie is the Founder of Sustained Futures, which aims to close the future skills gap at the intersection of AI and sustainability.

She spent six seasons at McLaren F1, where she led partnerships in emerging technologies before leading the team’s first sustainability function.

Sustained Futures uses AI-powered workforce intelligence to reverse engineer organisations’ sustainability ambitions into actionable skills gaps.

Katie says: “Sustainability is the perfect use case for AI. It is one of the most data-rich fields we have, yet it has spent years struggling to demonstrate value in the boardroom.

“AI closes that gap fast. When this technology is used with purpose, the returns are real, the impact is measurable and the progress our planet needs stops being an aspiration and starts being a result.

“That is why this conversation matters.”
