Meet the speakers

Annette Giardina, Chief Innovation and Sustainability Officer at Avanade

Annette has worked within systems integration consultancy for 25 years, building a deep expertise in customer experience, user experience and front office solutions.

She has worked across multiple sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, charities and public sector.

She became Chief Innovation and Sustainability Officer at Avanade in 2023, focusing on helping clients solve their ESG challenges through technology.

Danielle Mulder, Chief Sustainability Officer at BBC

Danielle’s role is vital in aligning the BBC’s operations with global sustainability goals and making a positive impact on the environment.

She leads the development and implementation of the BBC’s sustainability strategy, ensuring that it meets its ambitious net zero targets.

She has more than 20 years of experience at firms such as KPMG, Accenture and Carbon Intelligence.

Danielle has worked on sustainability for large global projects and corporations including the London 2012 Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, AVIVA and WPP.

Tiffany Chow, Head of Responsible Business - Strategy and Governance at BT Group

Tiffany has 17 years of experience driving growth across the technology, energy and financial services sectors.

She has worked around the world, taking on roles across the UK, Belgium, Australia, the US and Canada.

She joined BT Group in 2021 as its Head of Climate Change, taking on her current role in April 2025.

Katie Neck, Managing Director & Founder at Sustained Futures

Katie is the Founder of Sustained Futures, which aims to close the future skills gap at the intersection of AI and sustainability.

She spent six seasons at McLaren F1, where she led partnerships in emerging technologies before leading the team’s first sustainability function.

Sustained Futures uses AI-powered workforce intelligence to reverse engineer organisations’ sustainability ambitions into actionable skills gaps.

She oversees eBay’s core sustainability pillars, including re-commerce, renewable energy and climate action, positioning sustainability as a key driver of long-term business value and growth.
