Partnering with other organisations, P&G also supports the development of waste management infrastructure.

All of the company's plants have achieved zero manufacturing waste to landfill.

Using its three tier risk assessment, P&G identifies high water risk sites, the company requires any sites that are in tier three to create an action plan and address key challenges surrounding the watersheds in the area.

The business is also committed to no deforestation and is developing a portfolio of projects that will protect, restore and improve more than 1.5 million acres of land.

Virginie says: “I facilitate monthly candid calls called All In On Sustainability, which are open to all employees.

“These virtual forums provide a platform for individuals to ask questions on any sustainability-related topic and receive unscripted answers.

“With broad attendance ranging from 100 to 300 participants for each call, these sessions offer valuable insights into the organisation’s pulse and help inform our internal engagement strategies.”
