Who is CBRE's New Net Zero & Sustainability Leader?

Tom Wood has been appointed Global Net Zero Sustainability Lead at CBRE to support its client Fidelity International.
"With lots of focus on complex Scope 3, supply-chain emissions, I'll be putting into practice the great lessons I've learned in recent years," Tom said on LinkedIn.
"However, I'll also have the invaluable backing of other experts and solutions from around CBRE."
Tom's career so far
Following a four year stint at climate software startup Emitwise, Tom has stepped into CBRE to support Fidelity International.
His expertise is in carbon accounting and management, as well as Scope 3 supply chain decarbonisation.
Throughout his career, Tom says he has successfully integrated sustainability as a core value for clients.
He has a MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London where he studied the scientific, legal and political aspects of environmental management.
In his time at Emitwise, Tom held the role of Carbon Accounting Lead before becoming the Head of Carbon Management in 2023.
Before this, Tom held roles at organisations including Atkins and WSP.

Working alongside Fidelity International, Tom will have a focus on corporate decarbonisation, with the main goal of reducing Scope 3 emissions.
