Carmen is a seasoned Global Business Executive with more than 20 years of marketing expertise, specializing in impactful programs for renowned brands. As an ACC Executive Coach, she drives inclusive cultures and organizational excellence. Carmen leads the Sustainable Transformation Practice in North America, helping leaders grow their businesses with sustainability credentials. Her strengths lie in strategic leadership and translating strategies into action.

With extensive global experience across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia, she has managed substantial businesses for Kantar, Kimberly-Clark and 3M.

Kantar Sustainable Transformation

Carmen integrates environmental views and perspectives of underrepresented groups into client discussions, driving brand resilience and growth. She has co-led Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, championing equal opportunities for women and minorities.

Alongside her work at Kantar, Carmen mentors young scholars and professional women pro-bono within Kantar and through organizations like SHE-CAN and Connect4Women.

Originally from Spain, she enjoys beach volleyball, sailing, traveling and mountaineering.
