She joined SAP in 2010 as SAP's first Sustainability Industry Principal, collaborating with customers as a trusted advisor on sustainability, managing carbon emissions and corporate sustainability reporting.

Deborah has held various leadership roles across SAP and led an executive community of global innovation and digital transformation leaders. 

Before joining SAP, Deborah was the founding Director of Zerofootprint, a start-up that developed software and carbon offsetting projects to help companies measure and manage their carbon emissions and environmental impact.
