Sustainability LIVE London Returning Speakers for 2025
Back for another year, discover who you can see again at Sustainability LIVE London next week returning with fresh and valuable industry insights

With just one week to go before Sustainability LIVE London returns to the BDC on 9 and 10 September, anticipation is building for two days of thought-provoking debate, networking and innovation. 

Alongside an exciting line-up of new names, Sustainability LIVE London will welcome back familiar speakers who have previously shared their insights on stage to bring continuity, credibility and the opportunity to revisit evolving perspectives for its attendees.

Shifting priorities in sustainability

Sustainability is a fast-moving space where priorities shift rapidly, from regulatory changes and technological breakthroughs to new consumer expectations. 

Our returning speakers bring with them not only their industry expertise but also the ability to reflect on how conversations have progressed since they last addressed the global summit.

Delegates will gain continuity across themes and a sense of how real-world sustainability strategies are developing year by year.

Márcia Balisciano

Márcia is the Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Corporate Responsibility at RELX. Márcia previously took part in a fireside chat at Sustainability LIVE London 2024 exploring the future of AI in sustainability.

Angela Hultberg

Angela is the Global Sustainability Director at Kearney. Angela previously delivered a keynote presentation titled explored the realities of what it takes to be a regenerative business at Sustainability LIVE London 2024.

This year, Márcia and Angela will take part in the Women in Sustainability breakfast briefing where they will explore the unique contributions of women in sustainability leadership roles, exploring their impact on ESG initiatives. 

Márcia and Angela will speak alongside Dr. Philippine de T'Serclaes, Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Dassault Systèmes and Moira Thomas, Group Sustainability & ESG Director at Currys.

Steve Smith

Steve is Vice President of Global Communications and Thought Leadership at Schneider Electric. He has previously spoken at Sustainability LIVE in 2022 and 2023 delivering keynotes and taking part in panel discussions all centred around net zero strategies.

Sophie Graham 

Sophie is Chief Sustainability Officer at IFS. Sophie previously spoke at Sustainability LIVE London in 2024, taking part in the AI in Sustainability panel.

Nicholas Mazzei 

Nicholas is Vice President of Sustainability Europe at DP World. Nicholas previously spoke at Sustainability LIVE London in 2024, taking part in the AI in Sustainability panel.

This year, Sophie and Nicholas will take part in The Global Impact Forum where they will evaluate the progress of global sustainability pledges, assess the impact of corporate actions and align on what’s next. 

Sophie and Nicholas will speak alongside Victoria Moorhouse, Group Climate and Nature Lead at Kingfisher, Dr Alan Knight, Chief Sustainability Officer at WE Soda and Eirini Etoimou, Global Advisor in Sustainability, ESG and Supply Chain.

Alice Ashpitel 

Alice is Head of Sustainability at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. Alice previously spoke at Sustainability LIVE CWNYC in 2024 taking part in a panel discussion exploring the future of global brands with a focus on sustainability.

This year, Alice will be delivering a keynote presentation at Sustainability LIVE London titled – Engineering Change: Sustainable Innovation in High Performance Motorsport.

John Trenchard 

John is Vice President of Sustainable International Supply Chains (Europe Region) at DP World.

John previously spoke at Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability 2025 in co-location with Sustainability LIVE: Net Zero. At the event he delivered a keynote presentation on sustainable logistics for profit and resilience. He also took part in The Scope 3 Strategy Forum.

This year, John will be delivering a keynote presentation at Sustainability LIVE London titled – Sustainable Logistics Isn’t Just Good for the Planet – It Drives Profitability and Resilience.

John will also deliver a workshop session on sustainable logistics and why it is a strategic necessity.

Hilary Tam 

Hilary is Sustainability Leader (EMEA) at AWS. She has previously spoken at Sustainability LIVE: Net Zero in 2024 and 2025 delivering keynote presentations on accelerating sustainability and unlocking data for sustainability innovation.

This year, Hilary will deliver a workshop session on unlocking data and AI for sustainable acceleration. 

She will also take part in a fireside chat on automating enterprise decarbonisation and the CSO Strategy Summit sharing strategic insights, leadership challenges and breakthrough ideas shaping corporate sustainability. 

During the CSO Strategy Summit, she will speak alongside Olivia Ruggles-Brise, Vice President of Sustainability at BCD Travel, Davide Stronati, Chief Sustainability Officer at Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and Tom Salisbury, Sustainability Director at GKN Automotive.

Paolo Taticchi 

Paolo is a Professor in Strategy and Sustainability and School Deputy Director at UCL School of Management. Paolo has previously spoken at Sustainability LIVE London in 2023 exploring sustainability strategies during the Sustainability Strategies Forum.

Dr Adam Read MBE 

Dr Adam is Chief Sustainability Officer at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK. Adam has previously spoken at Sustainability LIVE in 2024 and 2023 exploring sustainability and ESG strategies, as well as transforming waste into opportunities.

This year, Adam will take part in a fireside chat on driving down emissions across the chemical value chain. He will also deliver a keynote presentation expanding on his keynote in 2023 on transforming waste into opportunities.

Sean Jones

Sean is Chief Sustainability Officer (Germany) at Microsoft. Sean previously took part in a fireside chat at Sustainability LIVE London in 2023 exploring Microsoft's sustainability strategy.

This year, Sean will be taking part in the AI in Sustainability panel exploring how AI is being deployed to optimise resource use, predict environmental risks, enhance climate modelling and enable real-time ESG performance tracking.

Jane Goodland

Jane is Group Head of Sustainability at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Jane previously spoke at Sustainability LIVE London in 2024 where she delivered a keynote presentation on the key macro themes driving a sustainable economy.

This year, Jane will take part in the Sustainability & Shareholder Value panel where she will explore the evolving relationship between sustainability and shareholder value, asking: can purpose and profit truly align? 

Jane will speak alongside Dr. Prof. Christian Heinrich, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Carbmee, Heather Buchanan, Co-Founder and CEO at B4NZ and Ben Krikler, Head of Energised Futures and Director of Research and Innovation at Centrica.
