Who leads decarbonisation at WSP?
Alessandro Ciampechini is a Technical Director within the WSP UK Sustainability and Climate Change team.
He has 15 years of experience working for contractors and consultancies in the energy and sustainability sector.
In his role at WSP, he leads energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects for the environment and large enterprises, providing strategic support to improve the carbon footprint of their assets and operations.
Alessandro is a Chartered Energy Manager, member of the Energy Institute, Chartered Engineer and member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.
He also works on developing decarbonisation strategies for energy intensive and public and private sector clients, helping them achieve their carbon neutrality targets.
