Join industry leaders from Siemens, SHEIN, Signify and Aloqia at Sustainability LIVE Chicago on 28 and 29 May

Heading to Chicago in just one month for a co-located event alongside Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE, Sustainability LIVE Chicago will take place on 28 and 29 May 2025.

With one ticket unlocking access to all stages, the co-located event will provide an exclusive opportunity to network and collaborate at the intersection of sustainability, procurement and supply chain.

Erynn Devola, Head of Sustainability (Siemens Digital Industries) at Siemens

Eryn Devola is the Head of Sustainability for Siemens Digital Industries, where she leads the Sustainability efforts to minimise the impacts of its operations, optimise the benefits of its offering and enable customers to achieve their sustainability objectives. 

Eryn has been part of the Siemens team since 2012. Her career includes roles of increasing responsibility across quality, plant management, operations and sales. 

Eryn has long had a passion for sustainable product development and production.

She completed an NFS Fellowship focused on Environmentally Conscious Manufacturing and has applied the knowledge she gained there to many roles in her career. 

Eryn also has a bachelor’s and master’s in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

During the event, Erynn will be taking part in a fireside chat titled – Accelerating Industrial Decarbonisation for a Net-Zero Future.

Caitrin Watson, Director of Sustainability at SHEIN

Caitrin Watson is the Director of Sustainability at SHEIN. 

She entered this role in 2022 with the responsibility of leading SHEIN’s sustainable product strategy, including the adoption of environmentally-preferred fibers through the company’s ‘evoluSHEIN’ initiative, as well as designing circular systems and identifying innovative end-of-life solutions.

Caitrin holds degrees in Environmental Studies from Brown University and Apparel Design from Rhode Island School of Design, where she studied the intersection between fashion and sustainability.

Before joining the ESG team at SHEIN, Caitrin led sustainable material development and brand strategy for luxury womenswear brand Lafayette 148 New York. She also has experience in knitwear design and technical product development from her years at Li & Fung.

Currently based out of SHEIN’s US headquarters in Los Angeles, Caitrin reports to SHEIN’s Global Head of Sustainability and collaborates with both internal teams and external partners around the world to drive positive impact at SHEIN.

Elina Vives, Executive Vice President of Consumer North America at Signify

Elina Vives is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Signify’s Consumer Business in North America. 

She is responsible for driving commercial strategy, organisational design and sales and marketing, including direct-to-consumer e-commerce, for brands including Philips, Philips Hue and WiZ. 

Elina has led the business’ phase-out of plastic packaging, as well as its introduction of ultra-energy-efficient and solar lighting products in line with Signify’s global Brighter Lives, Better World sustainability program.

Before joining Signify in 2020, Elina served as Vice President of Marketing for Samsung’s computing and wearables division. She also spent a significant portion of her career in sales and marketing roles at Molson Coors. 

During this time, Elina led the shift to a more inclusive target for Coors Light, challenging conventions about marketing beer to women; this resulted in one of the brand’s best-performing campaigns.

During the event, Elina will take part in the Global Decarbonisation Strategies panel. She will discuss the most effective approaches for reducing carbon emissions across industries, including renewable energy adoption, carbon capture, sustainable supply chains and policy frameworks. 

Attendees will gain actionable insights into how organisations can develop and implement global decarbonisation plans, track progress and overcome the challenges of transitioning to a low-carbon economy.

Stephanie Benedetto, CEO at Aloqia

Corporate attorney turned climate fintech entrepreneur, Stephanie is the CEO of Aloqia (formerly Queen of Raw) – an award-winning software helping companies turn excess into opportunity.

Before starting Aloqia, Stephanie worked as a lawyer in the fashion, media and entertainment and technology industries and co-founded a sustainable textile manufacturing facility. 

Stephanie is a Member of Pledge 1% and a Founding Member of the New York Circular City Initiative and the Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network.

During the event, Stephanie will take part in a fireside chat.
