Pratik Raval, Chief Sustainability Officer at Fifth Third Bank

Pratik Raval is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Fifth Third Bank. 

Pratik leads the sustainability office, which is responsible for the Bank’s corporate sustainability strategy, US$100bn in sustainable finance and stewardship, sustainable community solutions and nonfinancial reporting and disclosures. 

The sustainability office is also a lead collaborator for management and business integration of the bank’s climate and reputational risks.

Pratik Raval, Chief Sustainability Officer at Fifth Third Bank

Pratik has more than 20 years of global experience in sustainability, corporate strategy, enterprise project management, financial product and service innovation and technology integration. 

Before joining Fifth Third Bank in 2023, he held leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services (USA), American Express (USA), Transsolar ClimateEngineering (USA & Germany) and Mercedes Benz Group (Germany). 

He also taught as a visiting lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for many years.

During the event, Pratik will deliver a keynote presentation. 

Nina Eisenman, VP and Head of ESG Strategy and Reporting at Nasdaq

As Vice President and Head of Corporate ESG Strategy and Reporting at Nasdaq, Nina Eisenman leverages her extensive financial and sustainability expertise to shape the company’s corporate sustainability agenda and climate action plan. 

She leads the development and implementation of data-driven ESG goals, milestones and metrics, oversees the annual sustainability reporting process and engages with key stakeholders on business-critical sustainability issues.

With over 30 years of experience in financial and sustainability strategy and communications, Nina has been a pioneer in corporate sustainability. 

Nina Eisenman, VP and Head of ESG Strategy and Reporting at Nasdaq

She has owned and led Eisenman Associates, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, that provided financial and sustainability reporting and communications services to global organisations for over two decades.

Nina is also a board member of the North Salem Open Land Foundation, an accredited land trust that preserves natural spaces and ecosystems in and around North Salem, NY. 

Nina holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a BA in Astronomy from Barnard College.

Emmanuel Guilhamon, Global Sustainability VP at Rockwell Automation

Emmanuel Guilhamon is the Global Sustainability VP at Rockwell Automation, responsible for developing, leading and executing Rockwell’s global sustainability strategy.

This strategy is focused on delivering three outcomes – sustainable customers, a sustainable company and sustainable communities. 

Emmanuel leads the corporate sustainability team, which provides thought leadership and works with internal and external partners to align on and deliver the company’s ESG commitments and to facilitate the development of solutions that help manufacturers achieve their sustainability goals.

During the event, Nina and Emmanuel will take part in the AI in Sustainability Panel at Sustainability LIVE Chicago. Panellists will explore how AI is shaping the future of sustainable innovation and operational efficiency across industries.

Leading voices in technology and sustainability will examine the transformative impact of AI across key environmental applications. Topics will include AI-driven energy management, predictive maintenance to optimise resource usage, and intelligent systems for waste reduction and circular economy solutions. 

The panel will also investigate how machine learning is being used to improve climate models, biodiversity monitoring and supply chain transparency.

Timothy Flacke, Co-Founder and CEO at Commonwealth

Timothy Flacke is CEO  and Co-Founder of Commonwealth.  

For 30 years, Timothy has focused on solutions that help workers and families in the U.S. become more financially secure.   

Under his leadership, Commonwealth has grown from a start-up social venture into a national nonprofit that builds financial security and opportunity for underserved people living on low and moderate incomes through innovation and partnerships. 

Commonwealth collaborates with leading financial service firms, employers, benefit providers and government agencies, and is supported by some of the world’s most respected philanthropies.   

Timothy Flacke, Co-Founder and CEO at Commonwealth

Timothy is a frequent speaker to banking, human resources and fintech groups, and provides expert commentary and perspective in the media on broadening financial security. 

Timothy and his teams have pioneered the use of prizes and gamification to encourage savings, and their efforts have repeatedly impacted the federal tax code and spawned new financial products and public policies that have resulted in nearly US$8bn saved by over two million households.

He holds a Master’s in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College.

During the event, Timothy will be taking part in a fireside chat. 

Alan Scott, Director of Sustainability at Intertek

Alan is a registered architect and sustainability practitioner with over 35 years of experience and a lifelong commitment to the environment. 

He creatively applies his skills as a facilitator, consultant, project director and teacher in support of high-performance and sustainably built environment projects in North and South America. 

His project work focuses on boosting new and existing building performance, decarbonisation, occupant wellness and resilience. 

Alan is a frequent presenter at conferences, workshops and webinars on numerous topics related to sustainable communities, high-performance buildings, healthy building and resilience, reaching audiences on three continents.

Alan Scott, Director of Sustainability at Intertek

Alan currently serves as Vice-chair of the USGBC Resilience Working Group, and as a member of the USGBC LEED Environmental Quality Technical Advisory Group and the AIA Resilience and Disaster Response (RADR) Committee.

During the event, Alan will be taking part in the Future of Corporate Sustainability panel. Panellists will discuss the future of sustainability in business, focusing on emerging trends, innovative strategies and the increasing role of technology. 

The discussion will explore how companies are future-proofing their sustainability practices and driving long-term value through ESG integration, while addressing the challenges of transparency and accountability.
