Cara Williams, Global Head of ESG, Climate and Sustainability at Mercer

Cara Williams drives the sustainability and value, ESG and climate proposition and planning at Mercer as their Global Head of ESG, Climate and Sustainability.

She previously worked with Merill Lynch in New York as a financial advisor and was responsible for budgets and logistics for US Army and NATO MWR deployments before working in the investment industry. 

Cara continues to highlight her commitment to propelling positive change and enhancing sustainability by working closely with asset owners and organisations to craft strategies to reach their ESG and sustainability goals.

She often speaks on global sustainability, ESG, diversity and investments trends to share her extensive wealth of knowledge and experience. 

šŸŽ¤At Sustainability LIVE Chicago, Cara will feature on our Breakfast Briefing Women in Sustainability panel. 

This panel discussion will highlight the vital role women play in sustainability in leading efforts in community engagement and environmental stewardship.

By engaging more women in sustainability, we can craft more inclusive decision-making, foster innovative solutions to global challenges such as resource management and climate change and craft a more equitable and resilient future for us all.

Timothy D. Adamson, Chief Administrative Officer, Sustainability & ESG, Director at Citi

Tim Adamson supports Citiā€™s CSO, Val Smith, in helping with the bankā€™s sustainability strategy and priority initiatives and net zero goals as the organisationā€™s Chief Administrative Officer for Sustainability & ESG. 

Tim has acquired 14 years of experience in Risk Management in several roles, including leading a Regulatory Risk Management function and being Chief of Staff for a Compliance and Operational Risk Department in the Americas. 

He also earned his BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey and his MBA from Columbia University.

Amanda Davies is a member of the Mars Snacking global executive team and is the Chief R&D, Procurement and Sustainability Officer at Mars Snacking.

In the renowned organisation, she strategically expands Mars Snackingā€™s partner network to foster innovation, prioritises sustainability in the business and ensures robust value leadership.

Amanda also propels the science, technology and innovation agenda that drives three key functions - R&D, Sustainability and Commercial. 

She received her masterā€™s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University.
