A passionate champion of corporate social sustainability, Stephen Keys is the Chief Talent and Sustainability Officer at IFS. In his role, Keys is responsible for ensuring IFS achieves well-being for every stakeholder in the business, including staff, the environment, and the communities in which it operates.

Aside from this, Keys also serves as chair of the IFS Foundation, an independent charity launched in 2019 to break the poverty cycle in remote and rural parts of Sri Lanka.

Based in Singapore, Keys values integrity, community, service, learning, and accomplishment, and his expertise lies in strategy, leadership, corporate philanthropy, transformation, and growth.
