As Oasis step back into Heaten Park for five nights, so will 79,000 fans every night.

Emissions from the Oasis tour involve transportation of artists, crew, equipment and audiences to and from venues.

InPost is entering the live music space through a partnership with Warner Music Group’s WMX, aiming to support merchandise logistics for the Oasis Live ’25 tour.

The collaboration offers more than 1.4 million fans across 17 UK dates the option to purchase merchandise either on-site or online and receive it via parcel lockers or home delivery.

The method introduces a more flexible and environmentally conscious alternative to traditional logistics.

InPost brings parcel lockers to music tour merchandising

The Oasis Live ’25 tour is the first time WMX, Warner Music Group’s artist and brand services division, uses parcel lockers for merchandise fulfilment during a major music event.

InPost’s network of lockers, located in cities across the UK, allows fans to collect their orders at their convenience without carrying bags during the concert.

On-site, concertgoers can purchase merchandise and drop it off at InPost “Drop Shops” located at stadiums and pop-up Fan Stores.

These include Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh and a George Street location operating from 4 August.

This set-up lets attendees enjoy the show without holding on to their items and collect them later from a nearby parcel locker or have them sent directly home.

“At InPost, we are focused on making delivery easier, more convenient and reliable and this partnership is an exciting example of us doing just that," explains Michael Rouse, International Chief Executive at InPost.

“By giving fans more choice over how they shop and receive their tour merchandise, we are enhancing the live event experience while also driving consumer awareness of just how convenient and reliable out-of-home delivery can be.”

Blending ecommerce with lower-carbon logistics

The partnership also supports the Oasis Live ’25 online store.

Fans buying merchandise digitally can select delivery to an InPost locker or to their home.

This approach alleviates pressure on on-site staff, reduces congestion at merchandise stands and provides multiple fulfilment options to suit different fan needs.

Locker delivery plays a role in cutting delivery-related emissions.

These lockers typically reduce failed delivery attempts and consolidate parcels into single drop-off points.

By encouraging this method, InPost offers a practical logistics model with a lower environmental impact compared to traditional home delivery, especially for large-scale events.

Locker delivery has already gained traction in ecommerce and is now expanding into music events through InPost’s logistics framework.

WMX benefits from this model by maintaining scale and accessibility while improving sustainability in the merchandise supply chain.

“As we look to improve how fans engage with artists on tour, partnerships like this play an important role," says Bob Workman, SVP of International Artist and Brand Partners at Warner Music Group.

"InPost brings unique expertise in last-mile delivery that will enable us to redefine how merchandise is offered at scale while keeping the experience seamless for fans and practical for organisers.”

App engagement and future reach

InPost app users also receive perks, such as entries into prize draws for Oasis fan experiences.

These rewards are designed to encourage use of the delivery method and build brand connection with concertgoers.

While the Drop Shops are currently specific to Oasis Live ’25, both InPost and WMX confirm the partnership is intended to expand into future tours.

It was tested during Oasis’s reunion events in Cardiff and is being repeated across other cities throughout the summer.

Edinburgh fans, for example, can access Drop Shops at Murrayfield and the George Street pop-up.

This combined model of traditional concert retail and flexible, lower-impact delivery opens a route for other touring artists to adopt logistics that reduce waste and carbon emissions while maintaining fan convenience.

The initiative reflects InPost’s strategy to extend its ecommerce locker service into new areas, including entertainment.

WMX’s use of parcel lockers introduces scalable, out-of-home delivery to the live music industry.

With fewer failed deliveries and more sustainable logistics infrastructure, the model supports better efficiency and environmental outcomes.
