With two decades of experience in transforming multinational businesses, Darshana Myronidis is the Group Sustainability Director at Virgin

Before joining Virgin, Darshana managed the integration and vision of sustainability across the oil and gas, shipping, biomass, FMCG and retail sectors.

Darshana now challenges how Virgin propels its sustainability progress and lies at the forefront of the execution of the group sustainability strategy.

Outside of work, she volunteers as a mentor to diversity candidates who are striving to take their first steps in the sustainability industry.

He strives to create impact in a decarbonising world by managing a team of more than 15,000 consultants to help clients develop and execute sustainable strategies.

Gerard remains driven to collaborate with clients to enhance their social, governance and environmental performance, optimise capital investment projects and green technology and create a secure legacy for both the planet and our people.

Gerard describes himself as an ā€˜actioneerā€™ and has acquired more 25 years of experience as a management consultant and engineer in the energy sector.

Before joining BT Group, Matt worked in waste and resource management, climate action and sustainability at a leading UK retailer.
