London Climate Action Week will host Sustainability LIVE 2026, bringing together 250+ sustainability leaders to explore climate action, AI and net zero

As organisations across the world accelerate their climate commitments, the need for collaboration, innovation and strategic leadership has never been greater. 

Sustainability LIVE: The Leadership Summit @ London Climate Action Week 2026, in association with Philip Morris International, is set to provide a dedicated platform for sustainability executives to exchange ideas, explore emerging trends and develop practical solutions to pressing environmental challenges. 

Taking place on 25 June 2026 at CodeNode London, the one-day summit is expected to welcome more than 250 C-suite and senior sustainability leaders for a programme of expert-led discussions and executive workshops. 

Featuring more than 25 speakers and multiple specialist forums, the event will highlight the strategies, technologies and partnerships shaping the future of sustainable business.

Sustainability leadership

Women in Sustainability is a key panel discussion occurring on The Enterprise Stage.

The panel, in association with Climate Impact Partners, aims to explore the growing influence of female leaders in driving corporate climate action and organisational transformation. 

The panel features: 

  • Sheri Hickok, CEO of Climate Impact Partners
  • Dr Márcia Balisciano, Chief Sustainability Officer at RELX
  • Gabrielle Walker, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at CUR8
  • Sarah Schaefer, ESG Director at Wrightbus.

Moderated by Charlie King, Senior Editor at Sustainability Magazine, the discussion is expected to examine how diverse leadership perspectives are helping organisations build more effective sustainability strategies. 

Speakers will aim to share insights into representation, collaboration and the importance of inclusive leadership in accelerating environmental progress. 

The session reflects a wider industry recognition that diverse leadership teams are critical to achieving meaningful sustainability outcomes.

Harnessing technology for climate action

Technology will be a major focus of the summit through, The Future of AI in Sustainability panel occurring at The Enterprise Stage.

The AI panel will include sustainability leaders like:

  • Sophie Graham, Chief Sustainability Officer at IFS
  • Bianca Wong, Chief Sustainability, Digital & Marketing Officer at Kingspan Group
  • Mark McKenna, Global Director of the Impact Office at Arcadis.

The panelists will speak with Tom Chapman, Senior Editor at AI Magazine, to discuss how AI is transforming sustainability management. 

The conversation will explore applications ranging from emissions tracking and predictive climate modelling to energy optimisation, environmental decision-making and supply chain transparency.

Later in the day, on The Enterprise Stage, The Global Climate Forum will bring together:

Moderated by Charlie, the session will examine how businesses are responding to evolving regulations, stakeholder expectations and policy developments around the world. 

Water stewardship and nature-based solutions

Water security and ecosystem restoration will be key themes throughout the conference. 

On the ThinkTank, The Water Positivity Forum will bring together:

  • Isabelle Spiegel, Vice-President of Environment at VINCI
  • Erin Augustine, Vice President of Global Sustainability at Oatly
  • Dr Alan Knight, Chief Sustainability Officer at WE Soda

The panel will aim to focus on reducing water-related risks, improving operational efficiency and developing resilient water management strategies that meet environmental and stakeholder expectations.

On the same stage, the conversation will continue with The Nature-Based Solutions Summit, in association with Shell.

The discussion is set to explore the growing role of biodiversity restoration, carbon sequestration and ecosystem protection in corporate sustainability strategies. 

The Nature Based Solutions Panel at Sustainability LIVE London in 2025

Moderated by Tim Curtis of BizClik, the session will highlight innovative financing models, scalable restoration projects and collaborative approaches that generate measurable environmental impact while supporting business sustainability objectives.

Decarbonisation and sustainable supply chains 

Reducing emissions remains a top priority for organisations, LCAW and Sustainability LIVE, making Global Decarbonisation Strategies one of the summit's most anticipated sessions. 

Panelists at The ThinkTank include:

The Water Sustainability Summit at Sustainability LIVE: The US Summit 2026

The workshop, Is the Business Case for Climate Action Broken?, will be led by Andrew Todd, Director of Global Manufacturing at BIP.Verco, and James Edney, Head of Sector, Growth at BIP.Verco. 

Through candid peer discussion, participants will explore why traditional return-on-investment arguments often fail to secure board-level support and how sustainability leaders can strengthen the business case for climate action.
