Stephen Keys, Chief Talent Officer at IFS

Stephen Keys is the Chief Talent Officer at IFS.

He is a passionate champion for corporate social responsibility (CSR) who oversees talent acquisition, talent retention and development across the company.

Prior to joining IFS, Stephen was CEO of Sydney-based FTS Group.

Stephen is also the chair of the IFS Foundation, an independent charity that invests in education and public health in rural, remote communities across Sri Lanka. 

Before becoming Chief Talent Officer, he was the Regional President of IFS’s business in APJ, ME&A. Here, Stephen was responsible for growing IFS’s presence across the region.

At Sustainability LIVE Singapore, Stephen will deliver an engaging fireside chat, titled Driving Change: Talent, Inclusivity and Innovation.

Ankit Todi, Chief Sustainability Officer at Mahindra Group

Ankit Todi, Chief Sustainability Officer at Mahindra Group

Ankit Todi is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Mahindra Group. 

In this role, he forms the company’s sustainability strategy and integrates it with business strategy, overseeing all global and domestic conversations.

Ankit also interacts with the clean-tech ecosystem to drive innovation. 

Before joining Mahindra Group, Ankit worked at Bain & Company in strategic management consulting. 

At Sustainability LIVE Singapore, Ankit will deliver a fireside chat that will explore sustainability and climate action.

Terence Jeyaretnam, Partner & APAC Leader of Sustainability Services at EY

Terence Jeyaretnam, Partner & APAC Leader of Sustainability Services at EY

Terence Jeyaretnam is a Partner and APAC Leader of EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability team based in Melbourne.

With more than 25 years of experience in advising governments and corporation on sustainability issues, he has become an environmental and sustainability advisory and assurance expert.

Terence was the Founder/Executive Director of Net Balance — Australia’s largest climate change and sustainability practice at the time — until its acquisition by EY in 2014.

He is a non-executive director of Amnesty International Australia and Australian Conservation Foundation, a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board of Australia and chair of Global Citizen Australia. 

Terence is also an Associate Professor at Monash Business School.

At Sustainability LIVE Singapore, Terence will feature on the AI in Sustainability panel.

This panel discussion will explore the vital role AI holds in the sustainability industry by enabling predictive analytics, optimising resource efficiency and driving innovations in circular economy, renewable energy and climate modelling.
