Thomas Vazakas, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield

Thomas Vazakas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a Building Certification and Energy Management Associate. Today he is the Managing Director of the real estate company within the sustainability function.

For many years, Thomas has been developing and managing ESG and Net Zero strategies for different clients, with the primary objective of embedding proactive sustainability management practices across their business activities, enabling clients to realise their long-term environmental ambitions and targets. 

Thomas also specialises in energy-saving opportunities and sustainable design for both new and operational buildings, as well as net zero and decarbonisation strategies. 

Thomas is a graduate of Democritus University of Thrace and Brunel University London.
