Pedro Pereira, Chief Sustainability Officer (Latin America and the Caribbean) at SAP

Appointed to the role of Chief Sustainability Officer (Latin America and the Caribbean) at SAP in 2022, Pedro helps business leaders in the region make a difference by understanding how they can be both profitable and sustainable while creating impact and value for their shareholders, the planet, and society at large.

In his role, Pedro is responsible for leading the sales in Latin America of solutions – including the SAP Cloud for Sustainable Enterprises portfolio. In addition, Pedro works to advance SAP’s own goal to become a net zero company by 2030.

With extensive experience in sustainability, Pedro join SAP in 2014 to drive growth opportunities in big data and subsequently specialised in innovative initiatives such as smart cities, intelligent businesses, and strategies to mitigate the effects of global warming.
